Alastair McDavid
Expertise: Agency, Corporate & PR

Established reputation in '90's as PR photographer, managing his own photographic agency. Very early digital technology adopter. Pioneered digital imaging production for global Travel Trade in Australia, Asia, USA, the Caribbean, plus most of Europe. UK clients included Travel Trade Gazette, ABTA and World Travel Market. Lectures to The Chartered Institute of Public Relations, universities and corporate clients on digital imaging and DAM technology. Expertise gained as a digital photographer, digital picture editor & digital content supplier ensures unparalleled insight into DAM for the corporate and Public Relations sectors.
Eric Eames
Expertise: Government, Police, Military & Hospitals

Digital Pioneer. Masters degree in Biochemical Engineering from Imperial College, London but drawn to computing and the Digital world. Was head of Hasselblad Electronic Imaging, present at the birth of the first pixel. A recognized expert by his peers, part of many world firsts. Transmitted first digital pictures by mobile phone, first digital pictures over the NATO military satellite network, first digital ship to shore. A Mac specialist but comfortable and conversant with any platform. Provides TDAL's technical expertise, managing all our research projects. Works with the Police, Hospitals & Military, designing, planning and overseeing DAM high security.
Norman Milne
Expertise: Workflows, Newspapers & Publishing

After leaving the Royal Navy as an electronics expert, Norman sailed into a job selling the Dixel, the world's first portable digital picture transmitter ­20Kg and built into a suitcase, helping despatch stories and colour pictures to the newspaper industry. In 1996, Norman launched FotoWare Ltd (UK distributor of the Norwegian FotoWare a.s) which he managed for 9 years, building the company to be the UK's leading DAM supplier. Norman is known, trusted and respected throughout the industry and is an undisputed expert in DAM workflows, particularly for the newspaper, magazine and publishing industry
Graham Roberts
Expertise: Corporate communications & advertising

Originally an honours graduate in modern languages, Graham launched into a 20 year career in sales and sales management for Burroughs Machines, the pioneers in multi-programming computers. Having been lured into various marketing roles, he then took on the role of European Communications Director for Unisys in 1991 and progressed to Global Director of Advertising - a position he held until 2006 when he set up as an independent consultant in communications and advanced sales training. He has run training sessions for major organizations such as the FT, Bloomberg, The Herald Tribune and IDG International. Joined TDAL as Chairman.
